GrowthWRX provides marketing systems, paid advertising management, CRM configuration, AI reception and automation, and related consulting services to businesses, with a focus on the energy and industrial sectors in Alberta and across Canada.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or service agreement between you and GrowthWRX. In the event of a conflict, the signed service agreement prevails.

Bookings for paid audits or calls made through this website are requests and are confirmed upon scheduling. We ask that you provide accurate information when booking so we can prepare for the session.

The introductory scorecard is provided at no charge and carries no obligation to purchase services. Growth Infrastructure Audits are paid unless otherwise stated.

While we design systems to attract, capture, and convert leads, marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, ad platform policies, offer strength, and your own sales process. GrowthWRX does not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or business results.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services will not exceed the fees you paid to GrowthWRX in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowthWRX from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website or services, or content you provide to us for use in your marketing.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta, sitting in Alberta.
